Luxury Travel Services: Type the phrase "Membership has its privileges (or advantages)" into a search engine, and you will see a well-worn cliché with over 20 pages of sources using this frayed and tattered verse. It could be used again to describe the benefits the Jetworks Z Card program offers its members, but not today.

The Z Card program gives members a double-luxury offering that coveys advantages threefold. As the name of the company suggests, private jet chartering is its specialty. Year-round 24/7 flight service is guaranteed, as the firm has direct access to a network of preferred operators worldwide with over 1,700 jets worldwide.

Jetworks' second benefit extended to cardholders is the ConciAirge services. There are various luxury-vacation packages available, such as a trip to the South Pacific with lodgings at the finest resort in the French Polynesia, or a European vacation that includes five-star accommodations along with a chauffeur and limo. Reservations for hotels, ground transportation, and event planning all stem from one convenient source. Personalized services offered up by the ConciAirge staff range from in-flight gastronomical issues to securing daycare services for children to the separation of M&Ms into color-specific bowls. No issue is too big, too small, or too personal for Jetworks.

Affordability is the third fold to the Jetworks Z Card program. Members are treated royally and charged nominally. Travel arrangements to any destination are always booked at the most affordable rates. Flights are billed on a per-trip basis, and empty-leg fees are charged only when applicable.

Zeeing is believing!

Jetworks Corporation and Air Royale International Form European Jet Alliance

LA COSTA, CA — May 6, 2006 — Jetworks Corporation, a private air charter membership services provider, today announced it signed an agreement with Los Angeles-based Air Royale International Inc., a private air charter jet services company, to provide Jetworks’ Z Card members with charter flights and ancillary services while traveling throughout Europe.

In Trump Magazine’s summer 2006 edition “If You’re Going To Go…Go First Class,” it compared luxury accommodations afforded to business executive travelers with Air Royale International as the only air charter broker providing service in Europe making the cut. Defining excellence in air travel, Trump Magazine measured several elements of service as its benchmark, to include express check-in; unlimited carry-on luggage; each person’s personal space; sleeping accommodations; laptop power outlet at seat locations; in-flight gourmet services and even whether passengers would have a Cashmere blanket and choice of pillow. Air Royale’s private jet service ranked the highest in all seven categories.

Air Royale, with offices in London and Hong Kong, will provide Jetworks’ Z Card members with safe and secure air charter flights through its UK office.

Michael Hyde, chair and CEO of Jetworks Corp., says he reached an agreement with Wayne J. Rizzi, president and CEO of Air Royale, concluding that his company’s Z Card members “would continue to fly on the finest fleet of aircraft in the British Isles and throughout the European continent.”

“Air Royale is a Baltic Air Charter Association member, a respected private air charter services provider in Europe, and they have a proven track record of success and unparalleled service,” Hyde said. “Through the Jetworks/Air Royale European alliance, Jetworks’ members will receive a myriad of services and capabilities that our members have come to expect.”

Hyde added that the hegemony between the Jetworks/Air Royale European alliance, along with Jetworks’ 19 offices in the U.S. and Canada, enhances the company’s portfolio of private air charter membership services.

Air Royale, established in 1994, reported that the Jetworks/Air Royale European alliance is already running smoothly.

“Two of our exceptionally trained charter directors that work in our London office, Emma Brown and Wendy Murphy, are overseeing the program,” Rizzi said. “I have every confidence that both Emma and Wendy will continue to provide Jetworks’ members with the same 24-hour, private jet charter services that everyone receives from our company. Passenger air safety is our first priority; we carefully screen both aircraft and aircrews—ensuring that only the most qualified crews and aircraft are used. We’re pleased to offer Jetworks’ members with world-class service.”

Hyde said the Jetworks’ ConciAirge department would arrange all Jetworks Z Card members with Europe-based flights.

“I encourage all of our members to take advantage of the Jetworks/Air Royale alliance—to start enjoying the convenience and flexibility of private air travel throughout Europe,” he said.

For more information on Jetworks Corporation, please visit www.jetworksjets.com or call 866 706 3822.

To contact Wendy Murphy or Emma Brown, please call the Air Royale International London, England office at + 44 (0) 207-289-9800.

Straight Talk with Michael Hyde, chief executive officer of Jetworks, a private-jet membership company - By Christine Davis

Michael Hyde, the 54-year-old chairman and chief executive officer of Jetworks, a private jet membership company that calls McClellan-Palomar Airport in Carlsbad one of its many homes, provides a fact-based reason for area residents to explore the world of private aviation for business and leisure travel.

In layman’s terms, could you please explain the concept of private aviation?

Private aviation was invented by the military for the military and usually was only enjoyed by those who could afford the luxury of private air travel. In recent years, however, private aviation, a multi-billion dollar global industry, has evolved into an efficient business tool driven by the time value of money. Today the major segments of the private-jet travel industry can be broken down into whole aircraft ownership, a variety of fractional ownership programs, charter programs and on-demand charter programs. On-demand charter programs remain the best option for those with minimal flight requirements; there’s no upfront or advance purchases or deposits for flight time because you pay by the hour for your flight. If your travel is efficient and you use it wisely, chartering can be the most cost-effective way to go.

Who is your typical client?

The biggest misconception about the industry is cost and who uses it. Certainly celebrities, politicians, athletes, the music industry and leisure travelers all fly with Jetworks, but more and more middle management are seeking private-jet solutions as well. There are over 5,000 private jet ports in the United States compared to 500 commercial airports, allowing the business traveler to fly closer to a specific destination. The same holds true for travel in Europe where there are 3,000 private jet ports compared to 300 commercial airports. Quality of life and productivity are two main reasons more businesses are chartering flights. As an example, if you have an appointment in Dallas tomorrow morning you have to leave today to get there on time, sleep in a strange bed away from your family, all of which results in lower productivity and focus. Alternatively, you can depart from Palomar airport in the morning, make your meeting in Dallas and return home in time for dinner with your family. More companies are valuing quality of life issues for their employees and for themselves.

Are chartered flights as safe as commercial flights?

More so. According to the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), one in four commercial flights are either cancelled, delayed or diverted. They have also predicted that there are 250 million more air travelers predicted worldwide within the next 10 years with only a three percent investment in commercial airport infrastructure. You may have seen on “60 Minutes” the report that there has been a 47 percent increase in commercial runway incursions (planes being in the wrong place at the wrong time) since 1997.

How would someone choose a private jet company?

If you are going to fly private, you have to invest in a relationship with a quality provider. You need to know the aircraft, the pilots and the real costs. Know the certification firms certifying their aircraft and how they address issues related to quality, safety, pilot training, maintenance and more. Make sure their safety standards not only meet but exceed FAA requirements. Investing in a relationship with a private-jet provider that flies your family and employees is paramount in ensuring safety and transparent, fair pricing. Jetworks offers its members access to a fleet of 1,700 pre-certified private aircraft of all sizes
positioned worldwide.

Did you know?

Four billion dollars per year is lost due to commercial flight delays, cancellations or diversions.
— Air Transport Association

The average travel time for a commercial airline trip of 500 miles or less is the equivalent of driving to your destination at 55 miles per hour.
— NASA

Flying privately for business saves a month of travel time per year versus commercial air travel.
